Customer Service - attitude/friendliness of owners/employees.
Improve the system of how orders are taken. i think its pretty dumb that a company as nationwide as brueggars take orders and try and remember them to make the sandwhich and then ask what you ordered again at the register. maybe a ticket that says the order or write it down would be better.
