What makes me most happy at work is, the positive interest in my well being by my shift leader and team members, and the efficiency of how the line works.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Where to start? Pay a living wage. Promote from within. Hiring new GM from outside the company they have no loyalty. You get what you pay for.
