What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency. Recognizing issues, and following through on promises.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Honestly? Everything. The entire company needs to be revamped...

What did you like most about the interview process?

The managers were friendly and said the right things in the interview. The follow through on the offer as written was not good

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

To many and too early meetings. The Day is consistently front loaded. But doesn't provide the promises flexibility that they offer in the interview.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Actually paying for hours worked. 10% pay reduction during covid did not make anyone feel charitable. No pay raises for exceeds expectations annual evaluations isn't acceptable.
