Good company made better after azquisition feom consuent.. some tough decisions were made to get the best out of the fiem and prepare it for sale to gallagher, now a forwver home for Buck!

Great artists and talent, a good stepping stone for any commercial/3D career, but can be a bit stagnating to stay at unless you're doing design work

Bad product, consistent IT issues, incomplete documentation on current clients. Bonus pool is not funded, overtime requires pre-approval so is consistently not reported. Annual increases were 0% across the board for 2021. And people are leaving.

Buck is an established company which became independent in 2018. The spirit and creativity since independence has been second to none. The company really cares about people.

Overall experience is pretty good.

No perks of the venture capital funded startups near us, but those startups have all failed and we are still getting out donuts and beer!

Actually paying for hours worked. 10% pay reduction during covid did not make anyone feel charitable. No pay raises for exceeds expectations annual evaluations isn't acceptable.

Working with smart people makes me smarter.

To many and too early meetings. The Day is consistently front loaded. But doesn't provide the promises flexibility that they offer in the interview.

The company has been through a lot of ownership ship changes. One thing that stays constant is the people. Long tenures. People stay because they like working with their colleagues.
