What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?To many and too early meetings. The Day is consistently front loaded. But doesn't provide the promises flexibility that they offer in the interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Actually paying for hours worked. 10% pay reduction during covid did not make anyone feel charitable. No pay raises for exceeds expectations annual evaluations isn't acceptable.
