We are paid bonus based on reaults
Benefits and pay are higher than average
No perks of the venture capital funded startups near us, but those startups have all failed and we are still getting out donuts and beer!

my colleagues are diligent and intelligent....they really care about Buck

Work pace was manageble with flexible hours
teamwork and collaboration, a real passion for what we do and client focused
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers were friendly and said the right things in the interview. The follow through on the offer as written was not good

Some of my co-workers are lovely
my work is very satisfying and often I have the opportunity to help others succeed
The company has been through a lot of ownership ship changes. One thing that stays constant is the people. Long tenures. People stay because they like working with their colleagues.
