Unlimited PTO is incredibly nice. I've taken about 6 weeks off this year.

Inclusivity. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to chat or work together.

We have a lot of fun while making sure work gets done, and still keep things up even when volume is insane.

We all get along and truly strive to help each other grow. If someone makes a mistake, we help them recognize it and learn how to avoid it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to all the feedback from their respective teams and I feel like they actually try their best to address it, either immediately or discuss how they'll tackle it over the coming months.

They truly listen to our concern and feedback and ensure that while, of course, not everything can be taken in, they work their hardest to ensure everything that can be is, and try to find alternatives to suggestions that don't work.
