Buildium has been a place that gave me mentorship and every opportunity to grow. I've been challenged and supported throughout my tenure here, and I can't speak well enough about the experience, particularly in the engineering department.

The excellence of the people I work with and the opportunities for ownership that are available to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's very little ego, and everyone strives to give their best no matter what they're working on. There's a real succeed together/fail together mentality.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The commitment to radical candor is real here. People at the C level welcome tough feedback and hard questions, even from individual contributors, and are transparent about their process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a real commitment to being candid and honest in your feedback, while also having a culture of caring a lot about each other's well-being. People are nice without being ineffective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've gotten good raises every year here so it's hard to complain, but I am aware that there's still some disparity between my pay and that of others at my level.
