Unlimited PTO! I really appreciate how flexible our PTO plan is, especially this year.

My co-workers! I love them to bits, and they're what I miss the most while working from home.

Our leadership team is thoughtful and compassionate. They are incredibly driven and knowledgeable, but they're people and they treat us like people too.

Our leadership team communicates well (and often) w/ us. I think that's so important in our current situation, and I feel comfortable reaching out to them in turn.

My team is so hardworking and supportive! They make me want to do better and be better, but they also provide the support and resources I need to so.
