Delivering a new feature for a customer that they have asked for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think more significant equity (upside stake) in the companies success should be part of the comp plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never met a team that cared as much about the employees as human beings. It is truly remarkable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
One of my future colleagues asked me to have lunch rather than an interview. It was personal and engaging, and terrific.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Buildium cares deeply about the whole human being, not just the labor that the employee provides. I've never worked anywhere like it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is fair, though since the acquisition equity compensation does not have as much upside so they should increase the distribution amounts.
