Q&A With Built Technologies Employees
Built Technologies employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at Built Technologies
The Built employees that I've worked with are amazing. I am staying with Built because of the people, not the product.
Leadership here is so afraid of feedback the COO and HR team removed anonymity from internal surveys and continue to ban 360 reviews for the E-Team. Ethics here are so poor I would not be surprised if the de-anonymized feedback is used to target employees in the next round of layoffs
All hype. Great co-workers though.
Loyalty is the best attribute
The culture of the company, helps draw great people into the company and keep them here as great performances are frequently rewarded with great employee growth opportunities.

No, despite the employees asking for one for a couple years now.
