I feel like my efforts are appreciated and recognized by my manager and leadership.

Leadership does not value any of its employees, they treat them as a means to an end. Listening to what employees actually want and need out of their workplace would do wonders, and so would valuing employee contributions, regardless of whether or not its just considered "doing their job."
Employees are hard-working and want the company to succeed. Hard to maintain this positive attitude with ineffective leadership and low recognition.
I enjoy working with the people I get to work with. I feel like I am doing valuable work.
There are a lot of really smart, fun, and kind people at this company. What is a shame is that they often feel overwhelmed or overlooked and end up leaving due to the negative culture perpetrated by leadership.
Leadership here is so afraid of feedback the COO and HR team removed anonymity from internal surveys and continue to ban 360 reviews for the E-Team. Ethics here are so poor I would not be surprised if the de-anonymized feedback is used to target employees in the next round of layoffs
The people that work here are extremely driven to accomplish team objectives. That amount of collaboration and sincere interest in shared success is motivating.
The employees as individuals are smart, friendly, and kind. They are eager to learn as well as to teach others, and they enjoy sharing their lives with each other.

Culture is an idea at Built, not a practice. It's clear that the CEO - and therefore his direct team - cares more about the business than the people making it work. It's very much a "your salary is your recognition" environment, which works for some people, but not for all, by far.
My coworkers are [generally] fun to be around and make my workday less painful
Culture, culture, culture! It's currently nonexistent, at best.
