I'm in quality control. I truly enjoy my job. Operators don't understand what all has to be done on certain things and send them up way too late in the shift.

Communication! Share responsibilities and work load. Don't have one shift do it all!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's a different standard for everyone. Treat us fairly and don't try to fix something that isn't broken.
