I have a very brief history with the company. My only complaint however is with my direct supervisor. I have caught him adjusting my time card several times and I believe it to be him trying to keep his OT numbers low. He also does not take my health or home life into consideration..

We actually work as a team. Even though we are separate in the field
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average is several dollars higher for someone in my position. The benefits could be better
