How employees describe working at Butternut Box
It's all smoke and mirrors. They act like they care but that really isn't the story. Management will lie and accuse you of wrong doings. Usually in the meeting room called "the doghouse" which in itself feels belittling in them situations. The gossiping is an issue here and it's very cliquey.
Free dog food and pay is alright
Good pay the days off
horrendous working and toxic managers no feedback from anything made to feel you are the problem of the job. not entitled to a opinion because they call it moaning so the do anything to try and get rid of you. the turn over of staff is shocking not enough staff for certain jobs.
It's amazing. There are dogs in the office and I get to work with super smart people on interesting projects. I can easily see how my role adds value and the impact it has on the team etc. I'm excited for the direction of the business and our co-founders are brilliant at setting a clear vision.
