What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Replace the CEO and VP. HR is lead by a good team. Most midlevel managers are really good people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid time off which includes vacation, holidays, sick time and parental leave
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way the top 2 people treat you is so bad. You can't compensate your way out of treating people badly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people you work with are just like you. Kind and hard working people, just trying to make a difference.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You work hard for the people you work with. The person to your left and right are the reason you work so hard. You all want to do the best you can.

What makes you most happy at work?
ChatGPT It's incredibly satisfying to know that the results stem directly from my efforts. Being able to be an agent of change and success is truly fulfilling.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Top leadership should be replaced. Which wont happen. Owners wont give up control.
