Customer Service. I understand they are trying to help, but I feel they are reading a script and they do not deviate from that script. They do not go any more than they need to in order to help. It is exhausting to deal with them and then having to continually reach out and get no help or answers

the management team is poorly run and organized.
It is a hassle to deal with Byrum. My tsndem pump cartridgrs wre left out of my order. I haf one csrtridge left. Psid Burum $90 yo overnight. Should of had Saturday May 16. Today Mondsy May 18 still no cartridges. Called Byrum to sprak to s manager. Held for 40 minutes never spike with anyone.
Poorest imaginable service, communication,,reliabilty, concern is providef by this company.
