- What did you like most about the interview process?For engineers, there are no whiteboard or checklist questions. Ability to do the job is evaluated via a code challenge that is not rushed and done at home. Interviews are about describing specific situations feom previous positions for culture fit, and discusing the code exercise for fine-tunning.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It is a blameless and collaborative environment. We set the goals and work towards it, taking bets and filling the gaps as needed.
