Get rid of the 3 star review process to save yourself money- give all employees respect. Practices are shady and hostile

Lack of respect. Gossip from managers in creative. Exclusion. Playing favorites. Too dependant on getting what you need from uncooperative coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not discriminating and providing same opportunity for everyone instead of throwing hard working enployees under the bus to cover up their disfunction
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much. Thank you from clients is positive but not direct team feedback with creative team is chronically negative for those they excludd and outcast.
