What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to be stretched outside of my current function and my colleagues.
Being grateful for opportunity and truly appreciating the gifts in my life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of respect. Gossip from managers in creative. Exclusion. Playing favorites. Too dependant on getting what you need from uncooperative coworkers.
The company is $60 billion in debt and News 12 has thrown most of its employees out the door. It is an unethical company.
Altice USA doesn't care about employees or customers. They only care about penny pinching. Employees are quitting and those positions are not being refilled, causing more work for remaining employees.
Everything is wront since bought out sell the company
Customer service has been moved overseas and most of the face to face with customers is done by contractors.
The company is slow to praise
high pricing and lack of quality service
Remove the manegmant team and replace with people who truly care about helping the customers and not the numbers of sales
Everything is wrong. Bring back family enviornment
Just riding a wave of massive CapEx, struggling to keep it going due to shortage of talent.
