Mr. Brian A. Berube has been Senior Vice President of Cabot Corporation since March 2012 and its General Counsel since March 2003. Mr. Berube served as an Interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cabot Corporation since July 2016 until May 30, 2017. He served as a Vice President of Cabot Corporation from March 2002 to March 2012. He joined Cabot in 1994 and served as an Attorney in Cabot's law department. He served as Deputy General Counsel of Cabot Corp. since June 2001 and served as its Business General Counsel. He was a member of the Corporate Department/attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart, a Boston law firm, where he represented and advised both private and public companies in corporate and securities law, contract and business law and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Berube served as a law clerk to a justice on the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the New England Legal Foundation and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He was a member of the Boston College Law Review at Boston College Law School. Mr. Berube earned his JD Law degree from Boston College Law School and a BA degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
