What is the best part about your compensation package?
the holidays and company wellness days
Free coffee, the recliners in the break room and the nice gym. The medical plan seems adequate and the paid time off is comparable to similar positions elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensing for other collegues and playing double role

great team, friendly and supportive
Highly skilled and on the cutting edge of technological advancements.

Team members play football in the parking lot during lunch and positive achievements are recognized publicly.

Being a self supporting, productive and contributing member of society. It is so much better than the alternative.
