I just started working with CAE recently and I really appreciate the job. There are several strikes against me and they were willing to give me a shot. The work environment there is very good and there seems to be limitless possibilities for advancement. There are also several perks such as a gym.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members play football in the parking lot during lunch and positive achievements are recognized publicly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a self supporting, productive and contributing member of society. It is so much better than the alternative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free coffee, the recliners in the break room and the nice gym. The medical plan seems adequate and the paid time off is comparable to similar positions elsewhere.
