It has been an extreme pleasure to work at Cake. While it isn't an easy job, Cake employees thrive when they are given challenging problems to solve. We are integrating back into our parent company, and we hope we can hold onto this extremely positive work environment.

What's the work from home policy like at Cake Insure?
As a small team we try to be in the office as much as we can together to further in the moment collaboration. With that being said if you have a carpet guy coming and need to work from home or need to fly out early for a vacation and work from where you are that day that works too.
