my own health insurance is completely paid for
We have a very competitive compensation package which includes very good benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better medical options and more affordable options would be appreciated with the return of bonuses we used to get.
Pay compression is a serious problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They take pride in their work, designs, and the brand. They take direction well and are coachable. They are willing to adapt and pivot when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mutual respect around the office. Regardless of title everyone is respected and has a say in what goes on. No big timing going on. Leaders are humble and have their eyes on the prize.

we all work as a team. there's no one below eachother type of mindset. we all help eachother if needed and support eachother when it gets busy

had a few interviews before being hired. got to meet all the managers and president. i was welcomed with open arms and felt at home right away
