They need to learn and listen to their long term employees. Just because the staff is hourly team members, it doesn't mean they don't have good knowledge and experience.

Understanding the ins and outs of how an actual restaurant works versus being focused on sales solely. Not creating unrealistic expectations and then being disappointed when it's not able to be delivered. Not running multiple promotions at the same time when the guest can't use multiple promotions.

Being rewarded for my hard work instead of just making me do more work when my coworkers slack off. Being able to add auto gratuity for parties of six or more. Going back to caring about the guest experience instead of turn and burn mentality. Allowing a 10 minute break without making me feel bad.

I think when i do takeout/bar/serving, that $11 is not enough pay for three jobs.

They keep employees at part time hours to keep from giving them benefits.

Company performance is poor so poor bonus potential

I'm underpaid. I got ripped off on my last check.

What are some of the best things about your team?

For years, I worked with the same staff and recently a lot of changes have been made and there's been a lot of turnover. But I would of said that we work together as a team and we used communicate well. Everyone is nice.

My coworkers are hardworkers and super supportive

I love that my coworkers are my friends. My managers are amazing and i apreciate them so much. They are flexible with my hours and are so understanding that i'm a full time student. i love working with them and it has been the best experience!

Lower management is great, there are great people but they are all being driven out by declining culture

The 5 of us left since we open are great workers, new ones are not trained well, and management seems to have an inability to make their own decisions, they have to follow corporate ones that are not out in the working world.

i love my managers and coworkers!!

The employees work collaboratively with one another and are very nice to one another.

Everyone supports each other and there is very little drama.

My fellow co works were awesome, the General Manager was rude and disrespectful.

We have a lot of regulars and people really used to love it but about two years ago, everything started changing and now it just feels like a lot of complaints and every time I go to work, there's something new and there's some new thing that I have to inform the guest anout.

We need to stop focusing on labor costs becuase when we cut servers to early to keep up with labor customers get bad service and complain

Executive team is uncaring and out of touch

stop misleading the employees and talking about fairness. The company keeps talking about how unfairly they have been treated by Landlords, but then turn around and do not pay their vendors for goods and services.

I feel like I’m treated unfairly by the management. I also feel like they don’t listen
