What do you like best about the leadership team?
they're pretty good at explaining and sharing their thoughts regarding the job and work given.
Very open for discussions and open for new ideas. I'm very excited each day we share new approach in our work to improve our outputs.
They always provide me resources I needed to reach my goals. What I like most is that they are open feedback and encouraging us to always do our best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speech and speaking fluent English
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Transportation allowance. The company does have the budget for a higher salary.
They give a bunch of allowances to deserving employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We buy in to what the vision is, and not only that, but come together to make that a reality in everything that the company does. The common goal is always to reach our goals.

high salary to tenured people
high salary, equality , fair with people on tenured especially
Food and very great people.
Feeling the positive energy in the huddle and the camaraderie on the team
