What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart and collaborative
They are collaborative and understanding.
Everyone is so collaborative and open to trying new things. I enjoy coming in to work every day because it feels like I work with my friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is inclusive and understanding.
It's very inclusive and understanding
One of our values is turning it off and everyone is very good at doing that. You never have to worry about working long hours or answering emails while on vacation. People genuinely want you to make the most out of your free/off time and they respect it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet different team members that I would potentially collaborate with.
I was asked to collaborate on a project with the PM I was going to work closely with. It was a really good exercise and helped me understand the culture better.

The fact that I can collaborate with and think big about new ideas.
The people because everyone's amazing and so easy to work with. The flatter structure definitely helps.
