I work at store 154 and i dont think the managers are Qualified and are very rude
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
replace the old managers with new managers

I feel like the hardest worker and they don't appreciate me at all

Honestly they just need to learn how the store works they are constantly messing up

Fire all the manager and get new ones all of them are terrible and running the store into the groung
