What makes you most happy at work?
I am not Australian and I don't have excellent English either but my Area Manager, my manager, and my co-workers accept me, they teach me new things and I feel supported by all of them, it really is a very pleasant and safe work environment.

Favoritism cronism nepotism in hiting oracticea instead of hiring talented and capable people
Fire all the manager and get new ones all of them are terrible and running the store into the groung
