Fair equitable hiring practices. New leadership team- especially in HR. Equal pay for equal work.

Getting paid fairly- friends of VP getying paid more for less work and leas experience.

They put their best people forward to i terview ans be the face of the company. You think its a diverse company. But when you wtart find out thats not the case.
