Hiring/ firing bases on favoritism cronism nepotism. Diveraity all talk no action nor substantial strategy. Managers (directors, VPs, SVPs harass & bully employees and HR looks the other way At times HR condone &participate in blatant harassment and bullying of employees who complain.

Have the businesaninnmond. Colleagues are pitted against each other by management.

Favoritism cronism nepotism in hiting oracticea instead of hiring talented and capable people

Fair equitable hiring practices. New leadership team- especially in HR. Equal pay for equal work.

Getting paid fairly- friends of VP getying paid more for less work and leas experience.

They put their best people forward to i terview ans be the face of the company. You think its a diverse company. But when you wtart find out thats not the case.
