- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The only way this company would have to answer for its failures is if they went out of business. No one here will ever answer for what theyve done.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Morale is so low at this place, that they could throw a "pizza party" every single friday and it still wouldnt help.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They get by with their failure to pay a proper wage by pretending that Over Time is some how a replacement for fair wages.
