What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, with support to do what I feel is needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay, and I have money put into my HSA. They also offer pet insurance which is excellent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It took a while, which meant that I knew they are having a lot of internal discussions and making a proper decision, not just trying to fill a spot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's seemingly a "no man left behind" attitude. Every is willing to help, educate, and people are leaping in to take credit. It's a true team. Everybody is also super friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very smart, but very approachable. They are truly team oriented, and you don't see upper managers just delegating work. Everybody seems to be committed to the success of Canidium. We have come a long way, and exploding in size, and everybody feels they own this and run with it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about their people, and do their best to be good leaders. They haven't forgotten what has gotten them to where they are, and work in the trenches with their people. Even the CEO has jumped in to help an intern on his task. They are fair, inspiring, and successful.
