Company offers health, vision, & dental benefits, and 401k w/ company match up to 6%. They pay fairly and provide a profit sharing bonus every year.

We are exploited for cheap labor

Being that I started here in a low-paying position and worked my way up, I'm not being paid equally with the people currently on my level. Canon has certain guidelines for promotion increases, and they won't give more to even the field.
