Supporting their employees who work so hard & so may hours
Communication and fairness. Like everywhere, they play favorites. People are promoted to jobs that were never posted. Lots of pettiness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong salary for marketing role
Good benefits and insurance that has been a positive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are exploited for cheap labor

Being that I started here in a low-paying position and worked my way up, I'm not being paid equally with the people currently on my level. Canon has certain guidelines for promotion increases, and they won't give more to even the field.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Solid performers and nice people
