We need less management and more workers.

My printer/copier/scanner is no longer available for IT support, when I have to call two to three times a year to get it back on line. I asked if I could pay for support, was told that is not avaible. The hold times exceed 15 minutes on average and perhaphs I called once at lunch time and no one pic
They don't know what they're doing as far as work they have everybody doing everything, and always switching people very unprofessional
