Great severance; continued heskth insurance gor 4 months...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work we do we are always understaffed and overworked.
Employees would feel valued if company would implement wage increases and bonuses.
More money, better benefits. For the knowledge that I have I’m making the same as a fast food worke
Pay less than all offers I'm getting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We had great comraderie; contract workers within our department were very much a part of our team
Our team works well together and each member will provide back up when needed.
They are clever and comprehensive, they are best teammates ever know

Self reliance and control of duty.

Awesome wirk environment. I woukd have loved to work there until i retired. But my job was eliminated .......

We need less management and more workers.
