
Hardworking, the ground staffs are very hardworking.
Meet minimal, acceptable to survive, no more than that.
Communicate must approach and engage with staffs on many issues but managers are only interested in their own success. There is no discussions on staffs development, growth and future plans with the company. Managers need to improve on staffs engagement.
The experience I brought, the efforts and work I contributed were never recognised or appreciated. Appreciation can be from just words but words can remains as words no more than that. There should be real compensation by actions not words on annual review.
