More diversity and people of color in leadership ship roles. Be more active in the community so people can relate to those they are buying from
Communicate must approach and engage with staffs on many issues but managers are only interested in their own success. There is no discussions on staffs development, growth and future plans with the company. Managers need to improve on staffs engagement.
