We all work together to accomplish all tasks at hand, and they constantly provide new ideas, as well as ongoing training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do wish I was paid more for what I do, but hopefully with patience and time I will be accommodated for my worth.
