Terrible Horrible Frustrating Infuriating Disappointing

Extremely poor management. They are on a cycle of firing the workers to replace them with new ones but never replace their management.

Bad on every level, employees are disrespected, cynical management

I make just above minimum wage as do most of the production employees yet the average salary is literally triple mine

Absolutely undervalued. People hav skillsets they're not allowed to use. Instead they fire them and get new people that the old people could have done. No communication.

They're reliable and care about quality

Reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable, loyal, good communicators

No one knows each other. The turnover is too consistent. There is no communication. Everything is in a silo form 1 person to 1 person.

Staff tries hard to keep moral up

Poor management. They fired a charismatic god who knew hundreds of employees BY NAME, and replaced him with a stingy bald American man that never shows his face and his only concern with running a business is the bottom line. They fired the culture, the morale, the drive. The fired the soul.
