Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The CEO clearly only cares about sales, not customer experience or employee satisfaction, which is ultimately bad for everyone including the business. I would feel better about working there if I felt I could actually have an impact on improving the product/CX and not be ignored.
