Good, overall. Company standards as regards to the customer are ok, as they don't put the customer always first. A lot of product waste occurs. But they try to make it an enjoyable place to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance we are required to have through the company is expensive but doesn't cover much, as it's more of a catastrophic policy. So having other insurance options or even the option to not have it through the company would be appreciated.
