When things get done and run efficiently. Exposure to new things- often an event in the space.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they're doing great. We all have growing pains to work out- nothing specific to leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They take ownership. Everyone's in it together- good or bad. Things can be hectic, but we're hectic together. The "get it" factor is high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For environment- many floors and places to sit. Desk, soft seating, public, hidden in a room, with your company or others in the space.
