What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest, and friendly. The leadership at CIG truly cares about the employees and their families. We are all on the same train heading in the same direction.
They are very collaborative and always want to do what's best for the employees and the organization.
The Executive Team, is accessible, easy to talk to and some of them are fun too.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for a large portion of our benefits.
We have excellent benefits and a great bonus plan.
We have awesome benefits and I get a discount just by participating in wellness, helps my pocket book.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work hard, we support each other. I know I can count on almost all of our team if I need help.
Honesty, Integrity, Fair, Helpful and team players.
We get along, we jive and we work well together. Oh and we have a lot of fun at the appropriate times of course

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an inclusive environment and it's okay to make a mistake. We all learn from them.
Our CEO has a company wide meeting every quarter to let all of the employees know how we are doing financially and updates us on what's happening. We have guest speakers/leaders as well.
We work hard, have fun and believe in what we are doing. We make a difference together

What did you like most about the interview process?
It does not take months to make a hiring decision. Our managers understand the importance of offering the right candidate a job as quickly as possible.
I loved the people who interviewed me.
Having the opportunity to talk to not only the manager but peers to really understand the role and team dynamic
