Mr. Donald W. D. Kingsborough, also known as Don, has been Managing Director of Capital One Financial Corporation since July 2015. Mr. Kingsborough serves as a Managing Director at Capital One Growth Ventures. He has been the President of Westfield Retail Solutions at Westfield Corp. (also know as, Westfield Group Ltd.) since July 2016. Mr. Kingsborough served as Head of Retail for PayPal Holdings Inc., where he served there until January 2015. He served as Vice President of Global Retail and Strategic Development at PayPal, Inc. Mr. Kingsborough has more than 25 years of Technology Leadership and Innovation. He is a respected titan in the retail industry, who pioneered the gift card industry. Mr. Kingsborough served as Vice President of Retail and Prepaid Products at PayPal, Inc. He founded Blackhawk Network, Inc. in 2001 and served as its President until November 2010. Mr. Kingsborough served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Blackhawk Network, Inc. until August 2010 and since 2010 respectively. He founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of toy manufacturer Worlds of Wonder, Inc., where he created a multi-million-dollar new industry category and propelled this start-up business to one of the nation's fastest growing companies. Mr. Kingsborough served as the President of Consumer Products at Atari and led the consumer products division, where he led the introduction of the sales phenomenon Nintendo to America growing sales from zero to more than $2 billion in four years. He has been an Executive Director of Westfield Corp. (also know as Westfield Group Ltd.) since August 28, 2014. Mr. Kingsborough has been a Director of Raise Marketplace Inc. since March 2, 2015. He serves as a Director of Blackhawk Network, Inc. Mr. Kingsborough served as a Director of ViVOtech Incorporated since October 2008. He was recognized for his many outstanding career achievements, including Venture Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Outstanding Contribution Award for the Private Sector from President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Kingsborough's marketing achievements have been chronicled in the Harvard Business Review and numerous business books. He holds BA in Business Management from University of California.
