The overall experience at my company had been very good. I have steadily progressed over three years. I have not been compensated accordingly. However, I know that over time that will follow. The best part is that I get to continue to grow and learn in the industry every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fast pace functionality. We flow well when working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my company the most positive thing about our environment is the animals. We have dogs regularly at the office. There is nothing better than that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other. Without either of us for more than a week it would be chayos. We do not fight, there is no drama and we are able to take turns holding each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wear 3 hats at my current job. I was offered a position making more to do just one of the jobs I do now and the company only came up enough to keep me. Not enough to match it make me whole.
