The first couple of weeks that I started with Carbon, I was ready to leave. You quickly realize how inexperienced the management team is. They exploit the great workers, they are bot very knowledgeable and will try to use the experienced workers for knowledge, they abuse PTO and show favoritism.

The 3 weeks vacation and benefits that start on your first day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are great, however, management does not permit the workers to be great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workers are being mistreated. HR/People Experience is of no assistance, therefore, you are losing the great workers and breeding idiots.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of these under qualified management in all the departments. Carbon can be GREAT if the hiring of quality managers is great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership need yo be overhauled due to the current leadership lack of skills and leadership qualities. This leadership team consist of gossipy friends that has created a hostile environment. Revenue is being written off instead of generated. PARTNERS BEWARE!!!
