Coworkers in clinic are strong. Genuinely care. It's the corporate scheduling system that ruins it. That and chronically understaffing make this company unbearable and a revolving door of staff at all positions.
Frontline workers really care and work hard. They have positive attitudes but are worn down slowly with the current appt process and chronic short-staffing.

The tech is difficult to understand and there is no guidance from others. You sink or swim but it will take a lot to swim. It's very common to feel like no one wants to help you understand so you are not empowered.
My coworkers are great, however, management does not permit the workers to be great.

there customer service skills could use a lot of work but you are reprimanded when you try to correct them. If you are the lead and see something being done incorrectly you should be able to say something without being made to feel like you did something wrong because they complain about it.
