Being a manager in general
They need to be realistic and quit asking tech "gurus" to fix healthcare. These leaders know what to say not how to do and do not guide their team to success.
Helping thier team and being more intouch with their needs to be successful
Leadership need yo be overhauled due to the current leadership lack of skills and leadership qualities. This leadership team consist of gossipy friends that has created a hostile environment. Revenue is being written off instead of generated. PARTNERS BEWARE!!!
Staff communication, clear direction and goals. Consistency.
By providing full staff at clinics
Constantly adding work to give us but also reducing our daily hours. Less time to do more work plus the constant expectations of being super positive and not allowed to say anything
Carbon paid based on "extensive" research yet would never provide sources. We were not paid fairly and certainly not bay salary.
More pay and good benifits
I feel undervalued because they show age discrimination even though the person's experience would be valuable if acknowledged.
Be a team, take accountability
The tech is difficult to understand and there is no guidance from others. You sink or swim but it will take a lot to swim. It's very common to feel like no one wants to help you understand so you are not empowered.
My coworkers are great, however, management does not permit the workers to be great.
Working together cohesiveness. Not always competing for the bosses approval or recognition.
there customer service skills could use a lot of work but you are reprimanded when you try to correct them. If you are the lead and see something being done incorrectly you should be able to say something without being made to feel like you did something wrong because they complain about it.
Get rid of toxic management
Get rid of these under qualified management in all the departments. Carbon can be GREAT if the hiring of quality managers is great.
the managers need to be more open to discussion rather than getting defensive when you try to talk to them about employees behavior and sometimes there own.
Clean house in regards to the RCM management. Too many experienced and childish individuals are in leadership roles and promoting this TOXIC behavior amongst themselves and anyone that will play along. CARBONs money is being wasted instead of generating revenue. INVESTIGATE!!!
All lies to lure you into joining
In person interviews for clinica staff
Experienced managers give great interviews
Reduced benefits. Cutting hours. To much demand and pressure. Lack of communication.
The workers are being mistreated. HR/People Experience is of no assistance, therefore, you are losing the great workers and breeding idiots.
being let go and contract not renewed because of major health issue. not being told why you are being let go.
You are hiring the wrong people for management. A bunch of is is working to do a class action suit if you don't get rid of them soon. Hire an outside consultancy to confirm what we are saying.
